Terms and Conditions

All orders are F.O.B. Sparks, NV. Freight charges, including rush orders (one day, two day, etc.) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Split shipments will be priced as individual orders, including freight charges. Floralware is not responsible for late or delayed delivery, or damaged or partial shipments by small package or common carrier. A minimal handling fee is charged on all packages.

All items can ship UPS, except bulk packed vases.

Display stand measurements may vary with different vase sizes.

All sales are final. Returns allowed for defective merchandise only. All returns require written consent and return authorization number. Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

A 5% up-charge may apply to all prices on requested drop shipments.

Special discounts are available on volume orders. Orders of 50 or more of one stand may require 6-8 weeks lead time.

Products listed or shown in our catalog may be discontinued or prices changed at any time.

Special orders and designs are available upon request (minimum order required). All products made to order or special color requests require a 50% deposit. Returns not accepted on special orders. Special vase colors available on volume orders only. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
